Phytosanitary certificate and quarantine certificate

According to the memory, "On Plant Quarantine", plants, plant products and other objects of regulation, which move the territory of Ukraine, across the state border of Ukraine and quarantine zones, subject to obligatory phytosanitary examination, testing and analysis facilities management in the laboratory to determine the presence or absence of controlled pests.
