Registration of changing director of the company
To change the director of the company to make information about the new director of the company in the Unified State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
According to Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of legal entities and physical persons - businessmen" in the Uniform State Register of legal entities and natural persons - entrepreneurs entered information about persons who are elected (appointed) to the governing body of a legal entity authorized to represent the entity in legal from third parties, or persons entitled to take actions on behalf of the entity without power of attorney, including signing contracts.
