License to collect and recycle scrap metal
Under section 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing Certain Business Activities" subject to licensing provision, steel scrap recycling ferrous and nonferrous metals.
According to Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "On scrap" scrap operations are carried out only by specialized or specialized steel processors, and their collection point. And the activities associated with harvesting, processing scrap ferrous and nonferrous metals and the metallurgical processing, carried out under licenses issued in the manner prescribed by law.
