The license for the retail and wholesale trade in medicines
According to Art. 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On Medicines" - wholesale, retail trade of medicines in Ukraine is carried out by enterprises, institutions, organizations and individuals - entrepreneurs under a license that is issued in the manner prescribed by law.
