Obtaining permission for concerted actions

Finally, concerted actions are the subjects of management agreements in any form, decision-making entities in any form, as well as any other agreed competitive behavior (activity, inaction) of economic entities. (Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Economic Competition")
Concerted actions are also the creation of a business entity, association, the purpose or effect of which is a coordination of competitive behavior among subjects of management, which created a specified business entity, association, or between them and the newly created business entity, or join a union.
