«Aleksey Pukha and Partners» held a round table on the development of public-private partnership in Ukraine

Law company «Aleksey Pukha and Partners» held the round table discussion on «Current issues of development and implementation of public-private partnership in Ukraine». The event was held on 20 December 2016 in the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs with the support of the Ukrainian Bar Association and the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Speakers of the roundtable were Aleksey Pukha, the managing partner of «Aleksey Pukha and Partners», Sergey Kozin, the head of the Ukrainian Association of Public-Private Partnership, Jana Ovsiannikova, Associate Professor of Banking of the Economics faculty Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Limin Wei, the president of the Association of Ukrainian-Chinese business cooperation.

Questions of modernization of infrastructure in the framework of public-private partnerships and international successful experience of similar projects, financing and legal peculiarities were discussed at the round table. The participants also discussed the investment component of public-private partnership, including in the context of Ukrainian-Chinese cooperation.
