Full partnership is legal entity, whose shareholders are jointly vicariously liable for its obligations to the lender by all their property.
Shareholders don’t have the right to act in their own interests or the interests of third party actions without the consent of the other participants.
Otherwise, shareholder is liable for damages, if any, or transfers all income to the full partnership.
All the rules of full partnership managing prescribed in the memorandum including procedure of making decisions on the activities, and the allocation of loss and profits, deprivation of rights etc.
