The license for the retail sale of tobacco and alcohol
According to the Law of Ukraine of 19.12.1995 № 481/95-VR "On state regulation of production and circulation of ethyl alcohol, cognac, and fruit, alcoholic drinks and tobacco", retail trade - is the activity of selling goods to citizens and other end-users for their individual non-commercial use, regardless of the types of calculations, including the spill in cafes, restaurants, bars or other entities doing business in catering.
