LC "Aleksey Pukha & Partners" took part in meeting of  "Book Club"

All-Ukrainian NGO "Association of taxpayers of Ukraine" initiated meetings "Book Club".

The theme of the meeting were:

• Verification of STS, the grounds of their conduct;
• power controller and the rights of business entities;
• timing and frequency of inspections;
• documentation of inspections, responsible taxpayers;
• advice to taxpayers.

Law Company "Aleksey Pukha & Partners" took an active part in discussions, provided suggestions for solving the existing problems of legal and organizational measures.

"Book Club" - organizational formation in the Ukrainian public organization "Association of taxpayers of Ukraine", which brings together voluntary accountancy firms - SBI AUT members. Club meetings are held at least 4 times a year.

The purpose of the Club is to consolidate the efforts of accountants and labor groups to improve business efficiency by promoting the improvement and development zakonodavchyzaktiv Ukraine, methods and accounting systems and their analysis. Also the formation of the business environment, contributes to business regulations, constant exchange of experience and monitoring of recent changes in legislation and solve problems at work, providing advice and guidance of qualified professionals is characterized by casual and informal communication.
