«Aleksey Pukha and Partners» held a seminar in Ukrainian Bar Association concerning the decision of the arbitration disputes between pharmaceutical companies

Anna Gadiatska lawyer of «Aleksey Pukha and Partners» was the speaker of workshop concerning the decision of the arbitration disputes between pharmaceutical companies and features of contract law held by the Committees of Pharmaceutical Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution of Ukrainian Bar Association.

Anna Gadiatska outlined arbitration features and procedure for settling disputes between pharmaceutical companies, analyzed the dynamics of settlement of such cases in Ukraine and shared experience of dispute resolution in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

«Aleksey Pukha and Partners» together with other participants of the workshop discussed the reasons of appeals increment in order to solve disputes in ICAC at the Chamber of Ukraine, cases of incorrect formulation of the arbitration clause, its forms and competence of ICAC to consider such cases compliance with the privacy, the possibility of proceedings concerning certain dispute simultaneously in the ICAC and state courts of the judicial system of Ukraine, the enforcement of the arbitration award or its contestation.
