«Aleksey Pukha and Partners» participated in the expert discussion of the draft law on public-private partnership

Law company «Aleksey Pukha and Partners» became a member of the expert discussion on the draft for the abolition of regulatory barriers to the development of public-private partnership in Ukraine.

The Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship under the auspices of the American Chamber of Commerce was the organizer of the meeting. Discussion of the draft took place on 22 April, 2015 in the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Aleksey Pukha together with experts on issues of economic development discussed the importance of public-private partnership in Ukraine and the necessity of the abolition of regulatory barriers.

«Aleksey Pukha and Partners» proposed effective mechanisms for implementation of public-private partnership, which is an alternative to privatization of state property. It will contribute to improving the investment climate in the country and foreign investments inflow.
