Ukraine intends to use the experience of Georgia in the area of reform of administrative services
Ukraine will adopt the experience of reforms in Georgia, in particular, in the provision of administrative services. This was during a meeting with Vice Prime Minister of Georgia Kakha Kaladze in Tbilisi, said Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul, the press service official.
"The development of economic diplomacy between the two countries is creating new opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation between Ukraine and Georgia", - said A.Vilkul.
In this context, he noted that Georgia is among the CIS countries has made groundbreaking steps to implement reforms aimed at market liberalization, privatization and foreign investment by reducing the regulatory and control mechanisms. All this has been an important factor in the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
Ukraine says Vilkul on ways to improve the quality of administrative services next step sees the introduction of on-line monitoring of the centers of administrative services. "In Ukraine, there are already examples of regions that implement this principle. Due to this 90% of services are provided ahead of time. Now Ukraine has already created 120 such centers until the end of 2014 should see a further 560 on the basis of the existing licensing centers. The centers of administrative services that work on the principle of "single window" created in almost all regions of Ukraine (except for the Transcarpathian). Through them, given the overall 143 species permits and provided more than 100 other administrative services. The largest number of such centers opened in Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Kiev regions.
