Three-meter monument is made of granite blocks of the Urals, topped with a bronze bust of FN Plevako. The author of the monument is a young sculptor from Miass, Chelyabinsk Region Maxim Vedernikov. In the financing of the project was attended by the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation, Chelyabinsk Region Bar Association, Bar Association of the Orenburg region and the administration of Troitsk.

Organizers timed the unveiling of the monument to the celebration of the Day of Russia - June 12. On the same day in the hall, where in 1901 a famous lawyer involved in the trial for the third time passed the now traditional Plevakovskie reading, during which the descendants F.N.Plevako, representatives of the Federal Bar, the city administration, experts on the history of legal profession and representatives of legal practices.
