Thus, according to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 11 February 2013 number 111, in order to reduce the risk of accidents on country roads SDA supplemented by the requirement that in the period from October 1 to May 1, vehicles are required to move outside of the village in daylight time of day with daytime running lights or the low beam headlights. Violation of traffic rules can result in a fine ranging from 255 to 340 USD.
They also provide a tightening of requirements for the drive past the vehicle with the identification mark "Children." The project provides for the mandatory changes to reduce speeds by drivers moving in the adjacent band, and if necessary - stop the vehicle to avoid being hit by a bus leaving the children.
Also in the new SDA strengthened requirements for the application of technical means of traffic control, provided for the introduction of European models of road signs and road markings, as well as introduced new terms, "lawn", "raft", "daytime running lights", "handling", " regulator "," improved coverage. "
At the same time, April 5, head of the Centre for Road Safety and automated systems in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Sergey Budnik said the new signs will be installed directly on the newly built road sections, while the existing roads they will appear gradually.
S.Budnik said that the amended rules provide for 11 new road signs, mainly three categories: information, service and index that provides the Vienna Convention on Road Signs and Signals. He emphasized that the corrected PDD clearly enshrined the priority of road signs on the road markings.
At the same time, he noted that prior to the emergence of new characters, such as "the beginning of dense development," limiting the speed of 60 km / h (similar signs are in Poland - IF), drivers must comply with existing marks the beginning of the village.

As reported, according to the changed traffic rules, traffic signs must comply with the national standard, they should not be covered in whole or in part from road users by obstacles, to be viewed at a distance of not less than 100 m in the direction of motion and be placed no higher than 6 m above the carriageway.
