In order to form the composition of the Qualification Commission of arbitration managers (managers of the property, sanitation managers, liquidators) The Ministry of Justice announced the beginning of the thirty day period supply self-regulatory organizations of arbitration managers (managers of the property, sanitation managers, liquidators) reports of their chosen representatives.

Submitted nominations must meet the requirements established in Section 5 of the Qualification Commission of arbitration managers (asset manager, managing sanitation, liquidators), approved by the order of Ministry of Justice of 11 January 2013 № 80/5.

Message of self-regulatory organizations for their elected representatives should contain the following:

- The name of the self-regulatory organization (with its status), of which the elected representatives, the number of members of its administrative-territorial units of Ukraine, in areas where its members operate, and the cumulative number of procedures used in cases of bankruptcy of the debtor, which took / take part of its members;

- Name Representative and experience in the field to restore the solvency of the debtor or declaration of bankruptcy.

The last day of the completion of the reception of the messages is 11 March 2013.
