Interior Ministry amended the the Instruction on the registration / re- of car

Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs № 809 amendments to the Regulations on the procedure for road traffic police divisions of state registration, re-registration and registration of vehicles, registration and issue registration documents, license plates on them on the documents that are served during registration / re-registration of the vehicle.

Since the document stipulates that for state registration of a car owner does not have to submit to the registration and Examination Division SAI document certifying the valuation of the vehicle.

In addition, re-vehicles in case of a change of owners is conducted on the basis of documents which confirm the validity of the purchase. In this case the cancellation of registration of such vehicles are not available. Previously issued registration certificate (data sheets) are removed and re-attached to the materials.

Note that the above changes are due, in particular, with the entry into force of certain provisions of the Act of 02.10.2012, № 5413-VI, which determines the size for differential payment of pension collection for vehicle registration, and only at the first registration.

The Order comes into force on the day of its official publication.
