Head of the Сompany participated in the International Conference on tax laws

November 15, 2012 in Commerce - Industry of Ukraine was the second international conference "Practice and problems of application of tax law" on the initiative of the Association of taxpayers of Ukraine, the law firm Aleksey Pukha & Partners as a member of the Association took an active part in the event.

The international conference is the result of nationwide public debate, which took place in October-November 2012. The conference was attended by representatives of business, NGOs, authorities, parliamentarians, prestigious international and Ukrainian experts.

His report at the conference included: the President of AUT Valentyna Arbuzova, the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Yurii Kolobov, the Head of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance and Banking, Taxation and Customs Policy Vitalii Khomutynnik, MP of Ukraine Ksenia Liapina, the Head of National Bank of Ukraine Serhii Arbuzov, the Head of the National Custom Policy of Ukraine Igor Kaletnik, Secretary General of the Taxpayers Association of Europe Michael Jeager, Vice-President of the National Taxpayers Union of the USA Pete Sepp, Vice president of the Taxpayers Association of Canada Scott Hennig Director of the Institute for Economics and Forecasting, Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences Valeriy Heyets and others.

During the conference, the head of the Company took part in the discussion of important issues of taxation, such issues were considered in relation to:

• Problems taxation of the banking sector
• Introduction of different types of financial management in small and medium business administration tax
• Features payment of income tax
• Implementation of new features work in a single tax, VAT prospects 
• Features recognition contracts void
• The main objectives of tax and customs policy for 2013
• The question of the main tasks of the state in the field of finance and taxes
• Economic prospects of 2013.
