Getting permission for concentration

Concentration - the process of merging of enterprises, companies and other market assets, which resulted in growing economic power of the participants in the market.Concentration, according to Part 2 of Art. 22 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Economic Competition", recognizes the acquisition of shares, the creation of new enterprises, the merger of business entities addition, the transfer of certain objects, for rent, and even appointment of managers of large companies.
