In response to the claim, declaration or appeal shall contain:
  • the full name and postal details enterprises, organizations that give back, and the company or organization that sent a response, the date and number of the answer, the date and the number of claims to which the answer is given;
  • if the claim, declaration or complaint is wholly or partly - be the amount, name, number and date of the payment document for the transfer of this amount, or time and a way to satisfy the claim, declaration or appeal, if it is non-monetary value;
  • if the claim, declaration or appeal is rejected in whole or in part, - the motives of deviation with reference to relevant regulations and documents justifying the deviation;
  • list attached to the response documents and other evidence.
