«Aleksey Pukha and Partners» participated in the conference on the development of public-private partnership in Ukraine

«Aleksey Pukha and Partners» law company joined to participation in the conference «Opportunities for integrated social development support EU states».

The meeting was organized by the European NGO implementing projects in public-private partnership C.R.E.A.M. The event was held at the conference hall of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Aleksey Pukha attended the conference and appeared with a lecture about recent changes in the legal framework and features a legislative mechanism for implementation of public-private partnership in Ukraine. «Aleksey Pukha and Partners» drew attention of participants on the importance of public-private partnership as an alternative to privatization of state enterprises and new opportunities to attract direct and portfolio investment in the development of infrastructure.

«Aleksey Pukha and Partners» in cooperation with experts and coordinators of projects on PPP C.R.E.A.M., representatives of the International Chamber of Commerce and scientists discussed the successful experience in implementing similar projects in Europe and algorithms of its realization in Ukraine.
