We plan to create the Unified State Register

On the basis of a single license registry and the registry of permits will create a unified state register. That is what we are concerned the bill "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine on the establishment of a single register on the basis of the Unified State Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. A single license registry and the registry of permits".

This project is designed to perform p.62.1 Section 4, "Deregulation, business development and reform of administrative services" National Action Plan for 2013 to implement economic reform programs for 2010 - 2014.

The project provides free and easy access to the open and publicly available information contained in the Unified State Register of a single state registration web portal entities and FLP, providing opportunities for everyone to get a copy of the constituent documents of legal entities and changes in them, whose loyalty is attested by the state registrar, Registration through the portal, the introduction of licensing authorities and the issuance of licensing authorities to inquiries from interested persons of extracts from the Unified State Register on licensing certain types of economic activities and the issuance of permits.

Also, it is planned to ensure the state registration of legal entities and natural persons - entrepreneurs notary as a special subject, which is entrusted with the functions of the state registrar.

The said draft law also provides for reduction of the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of legal entities and natural persons - entrepreneurs" in conformity with the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine regarding the procedure of claiming (withdrawal) from the registration documents of the case.
