In Kiev discussed the "Registration of land rights: new rules for agribusiness"
"Registration of land rights: new rules for agribusiness" (National Complex "Expocentre of Ukraine", Kyiv, ave. Glushkov, 1). The organizers of the event were the newspaper "Legal Practice" with the newspaper Ukrainian agrarians "Agroprofi."
The event was opened lawyer, managing partner of the MOC EUCON Yaroslav Romanchuk: "To find a solution to all issues of concern to the registration of land rights, it is necessary to listen to the views of all parties to such relations."
On the problems faced by farmers in land registration, said the first deputy head of the Agrarian Union of Ukraine Vasyl Yaroshovets. "Changes in land laws are increasingly focused on the complexity of the agricultural producers," - said Mr. Yaroshovets.
In turn, the chief of department of the State Land Cadastre of Ukraine Igor Slavin highlighted the cooperation of the State cadastre of the State register of rights: "Upon receipt of the cadastral number of the land, the information about it in electronic form sent to the State Register of Rights."
Representatives of the legal market in more detail stopped on changes in the law, and suggested alternative solutions to some of the problems associated with the rental of land.
Also at the conference were made by the judges of the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine Yevhen Pershikov and Malvina Danilov, Head of the Registration Service of the Main Department of Justice Kiev Yaroslav Andriyenko and representatives of large agricultural holdings in Ukraine.
