Register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from July 1 will Ukrgosreestr

By July 1 public administration in the field will ensure the transfer of the registration of cases of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from the executive committees of local councils in regional bodies Ukrgosreestra. The corresponding decree of Cabinet of Ministers, which is developed by the Ministry of Justice, was taken on May 15 at a government meeting.

As the wording "UP" the press service of the Ministry of Justice, the order was made due to changes in the system of registration of legal entities and natural persons-entrepreneurs, which will be held from July 1 this year.

In particular, reminded the Minister of Justice Oleksandr Lavrynovych, amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of legal entities and natural persons - entrepreneurs" function of state registration of legal entities and natural persons - entrepreneurs have been transferred from the executive committee of city council regional cities, regional and district in the cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol state administrations in the central body of executive power, providing the implementation of the state policy in the sphere of state registration of legal entities and natural persons - entrepreneurs - Ukrgosreestru.

In connection with these legislative changes the government ordered to place the relevant units Ukrgosreestra indoors, in the possession of public registers of local state administrations.
