The implementation of the bankruptcy estate will be automated
Russian company "Fogsoft" an updated version of the electronic trading system for the sale of property of debtors «iTender-bankruptcy" for Ukrainian users. Now fully complies with the new edition of the Law "On restoration of the debtor's solvency or declaring bankruptcy" and can solve even more important for the organizers and participants of the trading problems, the company said, according to «CNews.RU».
January 19 this year entered into force a new version of the Law of Ukraine of 22.12.2011, № 4212-VI «On the recovery of the debtor's solvency or declaring bankruptcy." One of the most important changes was the introduction of the concept of electronic auctions, and now the property of the debtor may be sold in specialized electronic trading platforms. Previously, all tenders for the implementation of this type of property held traditionally "on paper."
"Create customized electronic trading platform (ETP) on the sale of property of debtors and organize trading may only natural and legal persons who are licensed to conduct the auction. They are the potential customers of sites on the platform «iTender-Bankruptcy", - emphasized in the company.
"Bargain" can be from anywhere in the country and the world in real time, so the opportunity to participate in the auctions will literally everyone. Therefore, the bidding will be competitive, and the property will be sold at fair market value, according to the "Fogsoft."
According to the company, the updated version «iTender-Bankruptcy" meets the requirements of the Act in full. In particular, it takes into account all the technical features described in the new edition, which, for example, it is determined that the electronic auction may last for at least 15 days, the system should provide an opportunity for participants to submit proposals of electronic trading at a price of up to one penny. In addition, the system must provide for the smooth operation of electronic trading, renders all the proposals with reference to the code numbers of participants who have made proposals for the auction in real time, and for seven years after graduation.
System «iTender-bankruptcy" includes the use of digital signatures to provide legal value of electronic documents and the legal value of trades conducted in accordance with the requirements of the cryptographic standard DSTU 4145-2002.
