"You can get to the child the citizenship of Ukraine have the right to a benefit for the son of the Armenian birth certificate and new passport for my wife.

• Under part 1 of Article 7 of the memory "On Citizenship", a person, parents, or one of whose parents at the time of his birth were citizens of Ukraine, is a citizen Ukrainy.Soglasno ch.4st.14 Act, a child who is a foreigner, one of the parents is a citizen of Ukraine, and the second - a foreigner registered as a citizen of Ukraine, at the request (request) of the parent who is a citizen of Ukraine. • All documents relating to the adoption of a child for citizenship, should be taken by the Consul residence of the applicant, the consular district. It is written in the article. 42, 43 of the Decree of the President of Ukraine "On the Consular Statute of Ukraine." So, your son will be considered a citizen of Ukraine, if it will be adopted citizenship under this procedure. And it does not matter whether he has with the Armenian birth certificate.
• To get child support, you need to have a birth certificate issued by the Ukrainian authorities. If you have only the Armenian birth certificate, it must be stamped "Apostille". This is spelled out in the Convention of 1961, which abolishes the requirement of legalization of foreign documents (Armenia is a member).

According to Art. 40 Presidential Decree "On the Consular Statute of Ukraine", was consul issues passports of citizens of Ukraine for traveling abroad, extends their actions and make changes.

According to clause 1.2 of the Order of Ministry of Foreign Affairs "On the procedure of registration and issue of diplomatic missions and consular offices of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad," an application for formlenii passport for travel abroad is supplied according to the distribution of consular districts in the appropriate consular office in the residence of a citizen abroad.

According to Clause 2.4. Passport is the consulate when the name of a citizen of Ukraine. In the case of the issuance of a new passport for travel abroad to fill an application form in Annex 1 of the By-yadku registration and issuance of diplomatic missions and consular offices of Ukraine Ukrainian passport for travel abroad. Such application must prepare and submit to the consulate in the residence of a citizen of Ukraine. Documents required for this are set out in item 2.7 of this Order.
