Cabinet approved the procedure for recognition of the status of the Ukrainian Ministry of Justice of the self-regulatory organization of arbitration managers

The Cabinet of Ministers approved a resolution to its current procedure for the recognition by the Ministry of Justice of the status of Ukrainian self-regulatory organization of arbitration managers.

The decree was issued to implement the provisions st.117 Act to amend the Bankruptcy Law, which comes into force on 19 January 2013.

Thus, in order to implement provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers has procedure for recognition of the status of the Ukrainian Ministry of Justice SRO arbitration managers and general requirements for the self-regulatory organizations of arbitration managers who intend to obtain the status of Ukrainian production.

Is defined as a list of documents submitted to the Ministry of Justice to obtain such status, timing of applications and the procedure and grounds cancellation status Ukrainian.

SRO arbitration managers will be able to purchase the all-Ukrainian status if it meets the following criteria:

• The presence of at least 100 organizations of arbitration managers;
• Participation of members not less than 100 procedures in the bankruptcy cases;
• Availability developed in accordance with the law of arbitration rules of professional managers - members;
• Establishment of management bodies and specialized agencies SRO arbitration managers.
