Ministry of Emergency Situations has approved the order of business cheks on fire safety

Ministry of Emergency Situations his order approved procedure for conducting inspections by the State Inspectorate of technological security of Ukraine. The order defines the order of monitoring compliance with legislation in the field of fire safety and technological enterprises and organizations of all types of property. In particular, such control is exercised through regular and unscheduled inspections. Scheduled inspections of enterprises carried out in accordance with the quarterly schedules, which are approved by the head of the body.

Periodicity of routine inspections of business entities depends on the of the class to which the risk of the economic activities is a particular enterprise. The lists of business entities, with their names, code EDRPOU or surname, name and patronymic of a natural person - entrepreneur, location, month of the scheduled inspection, which is scheduled for the respective calendar year are published on the official website of the Inspectorate and its regional offices no later than 25 December of the year preceding the planned.

The order will take effect from the date of publication.
