Changes in the list of permits in economic activity

According to the Law of Ukraine of 17.05.12, № 4782 VI Supreme Council of Ukraine has made amendments to permits in economic activity approved Law of Ukraine "On the list of permits in the area of ​​economic activities "on May 19, 2011 № 3392-VI.

He supplemented:

• Approval for import into Ukraine of plant protection products (Section 1051);
• Certificate of agricultural products and raw vegetable origin of the content of residues of pesticides, agrochemicals and heavy metals (§ 1221);
• Certificate of compliance with the regulations of pesticides and agrochemicals (Only plant growth regulators) in agricultural products and raw materials plant (Section 1241);

Excluded:

• Conclusion re phytosanitary (arbitration) examination (paragraph 11);
• Agree range of crop protection products, technical conditions of their production and use plan for state testing and registration of plant protection products list pesticides permitted for use in Ukraine, the range of pesticides that import in Ukraine (p.87);
• Approval of CMU selling zemdilyanok that are state property, which are objects to be privatized, foreign states and foreign legal entities. (P. 85)
